Hi everybody!
I am HOH. Was born with full hearing but had hearing loss due to loud noises over my lifetime and then critical loss in 2004. I have 30% hearing loss in both ears at the high frequency range. I am remarried and have three bio children who live with their mother, and three step-daughters (that I love like my own) that live with my wife and I.
 
Greetings, welcome aboard, I to though my hearing loss was do to sitting under sirens, I'm sure didn't help, but was not the only reason, or main reason, you have tinnitus?

I do not have tinnitus, and count myself lucky from what I hear it's a horrible thing to have. The loud noises were music, construction, factory, and then an explosion.
 
Good ,then most likely just mechanical, in the cochlea, tinnitus now that's a whole other cettal of fish
