Oh man! It cracked me up so hard...that is hilarious! I'm sure they remove the sensor. With the sensor anything go out of balance it will shut down, but this...wow.. even the motor pulley still running, and turned to heated red rubbing against the metal frame.

Well, he removed the sensor and replaced with a more powerful motor also put in heavy object to make it spin out of balance. I read it in the youtube comments long time ago. I asked that question and the OP replied.
