If you go to Google (search engine) some days they will show all the animations and such things on the page. :)

Are they different in States because II had all sorts from splitting atom Valentine's Day even old blue eyes 100th year since birth

Yes different countries tend to have different Google Doodles than the US especially for the major holidays and some famous people that are more well known in that country than outside of it.

The duck is in the green egg in the first one, turtle is green in 2nd one and green anteater in the third one.

The little things jumping up and down are birds (or at least that's what I see lol)

It's what I see too. But I missed that too at first until I read your explanation. I was too distracted by the birds jumping up and down :)
