With the Affirmative Action thing going on, men do need rights.

With Affirmative Action... companies, organizations, institutions, etc... are required (or encouraged/expected) to focus more on the minority or others over the majority. Since "white men" are considered the majority, they focus on other races, handicapped, and women.

I've been turned down for several co-op jobs and regular jobs in the past because they picked someone other than a white man.

The Asian woman? The job required a student who could speak and sign fluently, had good social skills, and could work with any computer program provided. She only had the ability to work with one computer program. However, she was an foreign exchange student who couldn't speak or sign fluently and had horrible social skills.

The uneducated Russian guy? The job required someone who was capable of dealing with hundreds of high school kids, doing overnight shifts, working well with other people, and getting the job done. He was in the middle of an AOS degree program (AAS minus Liberal Arts requirement; considered lower than AAS)... which took him over 7 years, but never completed. He couldn't handle more than 1 person at once, never got the job done, had a tendency of poking in other people's business, always got tired at night, etc. He was pretty much the most hated worker there. Yet, they picked him anyway. Their reason for that? I was "over-qualified". Oh yeah, I forgot to mention... the person who interviewed me was an Asian female student who felt that they should focus on non-white uneducated people... even if they don't meet the job requirements. Oh yeah, I forgot to add... this group that hosted the summer program? They have a history of having at least one of their employees providing alcohol to those high school students, sleeping or having sex with those high school students, and allowing harassment to happen. Tsk tsk tsk...

So, where's my right? I'm qualified for the job. Yet, I'm a white man. :roll:

Deaflimedia, there are women is as bad and there are women who abandon kids and their are good fathers who trying to raise kids and their are women who are materialistic for women's need other than kids. I have seen it myself. And pretty racist to me as I see your comments. Each individual, either race,gender and religion is different. Not all are the same. Well, deaf, this is how you feel about men, I feel the same way about women, that is why its soo hard for me to have a woman. Bec, very selfish, bitchy, controlling over men, very professional liars look very honesty, but liars. Bec I have been treated the same way about women. So, do I complain against over and over and attacking them? Naw, there is no point to it. I have lot of friends are women, but rather not have relationship. There are alot, that women keeps winning and men losing, and more women get more power and men keep losing. But there are someway I have notice, lawmakers begin to realize how women are, begin to get stiffer, but it slow moving tho. Like I said, doesn't matter who we are, its depend on individual. Mostly, rich people get all the power, and those who are low and mid class keep losing and been ignored, bec I'm one of them suffered by rich, bec I married one, and it's like hell. I just move on and be with those who have a good heart, not base on genger, religion, class and etc.

Oh, there are some men who desire to be in children' life, and some guys were very good with huge hearts. Some mothers won't let the fathers to see their children. Why? I don't understand them. Also, some mothers demanded the child support, because they want money for themselves.
To be honest, some mothers disgusted me because I am a mother of my 3 children. I get 200 dollars every month from 2 older kids' father, and we agree on terms.

I still remembered one time... My old favorite tv show, "Recuse 911", I learned an abounded infant (about a few days old or younger) in side of the crosswalk at the larger farm yard and a man found it and rushed in a hospital. This child is now adopted.. Obviously, someone threw it away instead of adoption clinic.. BUT! What's about the father? Why not she can give to him if *HE* wants a baby?

*shaking the head* TOO BAD. Men *CANNOT*able to keep or want a child alive because of women's all rights. It's completely UNFAIR. Hmph! Hey, it's IMO as my own view. :/

What about the father who put the baby in the microwave and got
arrested for harming the baby.. and police refused to give the baby
to the mother, because she was defending her husband.

I guess it is depend on the situation...
 
Not just men, Women too are murderer to kill their children!!!
