Free novel about a deaf guy

I have a novel out on Kindle, called "Counting the Clouds" about a young guy with auditory neuropathy, who thinks in pictures rather than words. It's free for download this Saturday (June 3rd 2017) and I'd be really grateful for any feedback as to whether I've used current and appropriate language in this area. I researched, but it's easy to slip.... Also, have I caught how the guy might feel?

Given that it is free download, maybe he figures he can update it with minimal difficulty. Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of writers?
