Florence henderson, "brady bunch" mom, died

I grow up watching the Brady Bunch this was sad to hear .
 
Seemed like a very nice lady. She never yelled at the kids. Even when Greg brought a goat in the house. She even treated Oliver like one of her own. :afro:
 
So sad to hear. I grew up watching the Brady Bunch. She was also the "Wesson Oil lady" for their tv ads when I was growing up also.
 
RIP. Her husband Mike died of AIDS many years ago. I believe him and Sam the Butcher were together.
 
She was a very talented lady.
 
She had a wonderful sense of humor and was so funny and talented; she'll be missed.

No they weren't. Allen Melvin was married from 1944 til his death in 2008. There is no evidence anywhere I can find that he and Robert Reed were 'together' aside from acting in the same show.
 
If I remember right Mrs Brady put a steak on Peter's eye after the first fight with Buddy Hinton. Then she encouraged him to go whoop his ass the next fight. Good mom.
