Federal Workers can sue for shutdown 2013

Awesome. This is a bulwark for the employees. Since congress passed a law that they are exempt from the shutdown and will still get paid, this will level the playing field for employees as well.

Hopefully, deaf employees will join the lawsuit.

It's fair to say that most of us won't qualify or it wouldn't be worth the effort. We have about as much of a chance winning a lawsuit as we do convincing, No Bama, or Mr. 1% as we know him, for a raise....

That would be nice if it happens. some fed gov employees did get pay but delayed and some others dont get pay which should get pay back.
