Dilly Casserole Bread

This is recipe that i make a bread for a many years! my kids love this !

1 pkg, dry yeast
2 tsp. dillseed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup creamed cottege cheese
1/4 tsp. soda
heat to lukewarm
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cup flour

1 tbsp butter or oleo
1 tbsp. instant onion or 2 tbsp finely grated raw onion

Soften yeast in water. Combine in mixing bowl the yeast and all the rest of the ingreients exept the flour. Add flour to form stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Cover in greased bowl. Let rise in warm place until double's stir down. Put in a greased bread pan or 1 1/2 to 2 quart Casserole dis. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt
