Deaf Personal Trainer/Physical Therapist

Any of you know someone who is deaf personal trainer or a physical therapist? Any where in the states. I heard there is few up northeast of the country. I am becoming a personal trainer heading for physical therapy if possible. I know there is a female trainer in Hawaii and one male trainer in Ohio, I know there's more.. will you guys please help me out by letting me know who and where.
