of course, i will do on one day when my time is right.

When I have money...whenever that may be, I plan on getting a 67-72 Camaro SS (stickshift, of course! No Camaro should ever be automatic except maybe the v6s) It's gonna be pimped out in black and pink and souped up to race. I'm also gonna get a nice "crotch rocket".
I loooooooooove classic cars, even classic mustangs. but ONLY classic mustangs. I strongly dislike newer mustangs. I'm a Chevy Girl.

<-- has '56 Plymouth Belvedere (Sedan). Restoring the classic car is fun!!! :P I love '58 Plymouth Fury!

My dad's '55 Chev Bel Air won 2nd place in a local classic cars show. Sadly,my dad is not devoted to his car, anymore. It is sitting in the rear garage at my dad's shop collecting dust bunnies.

That thing got a HEMI? heh

but its nice to see an mid-'50's Mopar being restored since a lot of people are overrestoring the late '60s Mopars (Chargers, Challengers, 'Cudas and Road Runners). Doing it as daily driver or Concours (show the car looking like the day it left the factory)?

The '58 Fury reminds of the Stephen King's novel "Christine".

Yes, that's the car! What a beauty! I named my Belvedere Christine LVI. :D Christy is almost done being restored. I can hardly wait to drive her!

I found few things in the car like fish hook with string, a mini pail, cigarette wrappers, pencils, combs, matches, Sears catalog... I can't remember what else. They all were made in late 50's. Pretty cool, huh?

Mopar Rules!

WOW.....What you found under the carpet is like a time capsule ;) Especially the Sears catalog

If you laid 'em out at any car show (but more fun at the snobby Pebble Beach Concours), I would bet 5 bucks the judges would have a fainting spells right on the spot after seeing what came out of the car during its restoration!

LOL I think you probably would lose your five bucks. The things I discovered are little things. When Christy is ready, I'll take a picture of her and show her off here on the AD forum.

My dad has:

'55 Chev Bel Air
'61 Ford Fairlane
'56 Ply. Savoy
'49 Chev Coupe (junk car)
'50 Chev Coupe (semi-junk car)
'73 Dodge Charger <--I want it!
'70 Datsun 280Z X

He wants:
'55 Cadillac
'63 Ford Galaxie

He's CRAZY!

That's what MEN are for eh?

I envy ur dad's collection but I'd rather have my own ;)
