Interesting look for the Chinese car- was just googling and it looks like NYPD is testing and want to replace their scooters with Smart Cars.

The chinese cop car is for riot control, police transport. Not a standsrd police patrol car. when it first poped up, i was trying to see where the Hell they put you...
