I wants to know I post a business flyer on all deaf? I am trying to find out what is rules on all deaf.

That isn't the complete list of forum rules by a long shot there is a thread that lists them all not just what is says under "submit reply and preview post"

i have seen it done not sure about ethics of it just do as others have said read rules
