BSL vlog.. can someone interpret please?

I think AUSLAN and BSL alphabet is same but you'll have to ask JClarke

The fingerspelling is the same with AUSLAN but the signs are somewhat different
 
I think he must hope the council will put more police presence in his area to drive away the bad kids.
