ASL Student looking for help!

I have an assignment for school that I have to have completed by tomorrow morning and I am desperately looking for some help. I recently went to a deaf event at a local starbucks and met a very nice man who I was supposed to interview for my final presentation. However, he has not yet emailed me back the answers to my questions. I know this seems last minute and I apologize if these comes off offensive to ANYONE. I mean no disrespect and the questions are extremely basic.. are you married, where did you go to school.. those kind of questions. If anyone would be as kind to answer these questions I would be extremely grateful. I will be checking back very frequently!

Thank you so much for anyone willing to help. Have a wonderful day!

Pardon my ignorance, but it seems your questions should have been asked and answered in ASL, not by e-mail. Maybe I misunderstood the purpose of the assignment. Anyway, Bott was nice enough to provide you with a response.

Why do students wait until the day before an assignment is due to start working on it?

Over Email

I am a Deaf Education student at an entirely different school but recently had a very similar assignment. You all are right. The true purpose of this assignment is to learn more about Deaf Culture and a particular Deaf individual/their experiences growing up WHILE using their signing skills. This really shouldn't have been done in text! If it had to be done online, it should be done via video.
