While I have some questions, feel free to post ASL poetry here as well.

My main question is, is it normal for ASL poetry to change with the telling? I'm Hearing, and making an ASL poem. There's some things that I change as I work on it, but even when I'm signing a part that's been in the poem since day one, I sign it differently every time. Is that normal? I don't gloss or write the poem down, so, with my bad memory, if I were to perform the poem now, and then performed it two days later, I might use some different signs and gestures.

Also, what is the name of that poetry slam team that performed Charlie, about the war dog, and were a part of the Deaf Jam documentary? The ne of the two partners, and the name of the team itself. Flying something, I think.

That sounds right! Do you remember their names, by any chance?
