8 have a very important phone meeting and I'm trying to get caption call, sprint VCO and anything that will work to work with my phone (iPhone 6). The ideal system would display the captions on my iPad or computer screen.
And app recommendations or places to go (library?) if I can't get VCO to work.
I've gotten it to work and used it often before but it is always a struggle.

Right now caption call "calls" the other party but their phone never rings.

I would think you would need a strong WiFi spot to be able to use Sprint caption/vco or a lot of data on your phone. Not sure why it is not ringing at the other end unless that number is not in service (suspect it's not if it is for a meeting).

Is it a one to one meeting or a conference call? With conference calls you usually have to 'sign in' with a pin or something... but still doesn't explain why it doesn't ring.

Can't really help as I haven't used a caption service in a very long time.

Not sure just what type of system you are trying to connect with but for just calling a normal number I have been using Hamilton. It does require simultaneous voice and date.

The one I liked the best, but they had to suspend to redo 911 connectivity is InnoCaption. They will be back July 7. But I think that is too far in the future for what you want to do.

Good Luck

I ended up getting Innocaption but I also LOVE CONVO. That is a VRS platform made by Deaf people for Deaf people.
