Welcome!!!!! So you have bilateral BAHA? Are you interested in learning ASL, going to Deaf School or camp? You know HOH/new signer kids can attend AIDB right? Going there for a semester or a year would get you fluent in ASL and you could meet other dhh kids! http://aidb.org/alabama-school-for-the-deaf/ Check it out. We know how tough high school can be if you're HOH. You could also go to Deaf camp this summer. There's ALL kinds.....State school based, Christian, sports, traditional...http://www3.gallaudet.edu/clerc-cen...l-resources-and-directories/summer-camps.html ALL of them welcome new to ASL/HOH kids!!!!!! Hope this helps!

Maybe start doing research on the good schools and programs out there? Deaf Camp is an excellent option, especially for kids who might be mainstreamed to the max!
