yeah that sucks.
I tend to leave the windows/curtains open while I wore bra and undie walking around in my apartment because AC wasn't working good in DC. It was toooo hot! yet, my hubby complained about me, and i told him that my undies are almost same as bathing suit.

This reads like a bad law school exam question.
![]() It doesn't say whether the woman is pursing civil suit. It'll be interesting to see whether she files a civil case.

I like your attitude. I agree. If i see someone else who is naked in their own house. I would not stare at them for a long period and simply ignore them. It's their home, not mine.

If people want to be naked in their homes that's fine. Keep it inside the home, not visible to passers-by. Why do naked people want other people to see their bodies? |

Are you aware that it's perfectly legal to be topless in public across the province of Ontario? Besides, I doubt most people do it to attract attention.

If they aren't doing it for attention then why do they leave the curtains open? If they aren't doing it for attention they would be satisfied to be naked with the curtains closed. Obviously it's the exhibitionist aspect that they relish. Quote:

Goofy would be Saskatchewan... where it's legal for a woman to be topless anywhere, yet illegal for a man to expose himself to the public. Oi... Sexist lawmakers, ain't they?

What if the guy didnt think about closing his curtains? Sometimes, I run downstairs to grab a towel naked and I dont think about my windows being open or not at the moment.
If someone was dancing naked in front of a window without shutters, then the intent would be obvious but in this case I think it was an accident.

First, the man was just waking up; second, because he was just waking up, he wouldn't have the presence of mind to think to close the curtains. Quote:

Depends on his definition of "peeping." I know my family raised me not to look in the general direction of buildings because we are not to interfere with people's privacy.
Why are they even looking at the guy's window to begin with anyway?

"A peeping Tom a person who stealthily peeks into windows, other openings with the purpose of getting a sexual thrill from seeing women or girls undressed or couples making love. It is a slang term for a voyeur. Being a peeping tom is treated as a crime based on sexual deviancy, according to state laws, which vary by state. The victim of a peeping Tom can bring a lawsuit for invasion of privacy." Peeping Tom Law & Legal Definition Quote:
They probably looked towards the window because eyes are normally drawn to a lighted area that is within a darker area. |

All I can say is that there are a LOT of people, maybe 90% of Americans, that I never want to see nude. What are the odds that a 20-something female in good shape will stand at the window, nude, right when I happen to walk by?

Walking thru a neighborhood, looking at the gardens and nice houses, while staying aware of one's surroundings, is not the same as peering into private windows.
When we sit on our front porch in our rocking chairs, we greet and chat to our neighbors as they walk by. We don't expect to see any of them walking down the street with eyes straight ahead like military marchers. People walk by glancing around so they can say "hi" to their neighbors. We greet the mailman, meter reader, UPS and FEDEX deliverers, and anyone passing by. It's normal to look around in a friendly way. As neighbors, we also look out for each other. It's not like strangers staring into windows. |
