Thank god you never went to high school in the early 00s then. Kneeing a random guy in the groins was popular among middle school kids and some grade 10 kids in high school.

Do the boys do it to other boys? Why aren't there any principals or teachers supervising the hallways?

Most guys don't find it funny. It's usually the girls that start laughing after they commit the evil deeds. If guys do it, it's usually in the form of innocently tipping over the desk... so the desk legs get the male victim... between the legs.

of course there were consequences just because it was hitting a student AKA "nut-checking" but what teachers can't see...

If he was the only one, then you could say that there was something suspicious about him.

Since there were more cases where this happened, then that would point to the woman as being the guilty one.
