I'm glad I don't live in the UK...That's just awful. Those children are now going to suffer in the foster care system, especially the baby.
I grew up in the foster care system until the age of 18 and it was NOT a picnic! It was TOUGH and ROUGH and difficult. Many so-called well meaning people in the system made my life much more difficult for bullshit reasons. I still have psychological scars from the foster care system. I've had to fight for my life and fight for my rights many times while in the system.

That is so wrong to remove a child because of the mother's weight issue. How is that child abuse and neglect? I feel so bad for the mother, I hope she fights tooth and nail for the return of her child.
