It's interesting! I saw the video of rocket. I heard on news last few years ago. Former President Bill Clinton sold the nuclear to Korea.

Thats one hell of a ugly building lol I'm actually not suprised about this being unfinished for over 20 years. North Korea is obviously a very poor country and their own government is pretty much bankrupted on alot of stuff.
