This really happen , a 90 yo grandma held a gun on the cops , did you read the story? I can't believe she was brought in a psychological evaluation b/c she was pissed off about being forced out of her home she lived in for 40 years.
 
I can emphasize with her frustration over the commercial changes in her neighborhood but bringing out the gun wasn't the way to resolve the problem.

At least no one got hurt in the confrontation.

I think the psychological eval is SOP in these kinds of events.

I think in this case it was totally unnecessary to put a 90 yo lady through more stress.
