Oh wow, it is just like someone labeled Dixie flag as racism then school banned students from using Dixie flag.

Politically correct is getting common now. :(
 
Maybe we can get Columbia day taken off the calendar . This was not celebrated when I lived in California. I kept my daughter home from school and her teacher wanted to know why my daughter was not in school . I told the teacher is was Columbia day and she said it was not a holiday in California .

Just leave Columbus Day on calendar as intact.
