we also had a tornado that touched down up in Casper Mountain too last week. lasted about 4 minutes, no damage or injuries or anything since it was in an area where there are very rarely visitors.
 
I drove past Nebraska line to Wyoming via I-80 ... I can imagine Nebraska is too flat, and you can see water tower 30 miles away. It's beautiful nature phenomenon. There is no way I want to live in that area.
