Whoooooooooooooooo!
Canes whippled Georgia Tech 33-17 tonight! Their defense played a very physical and dominating roles to choke the Yellow Jackets' vaunted triple option attack! Jacory Harris was spectacular as he had 20 out of 25 for 270 yards with three TDs. I am real happy with the way the Canes played tonight. GO CANES GO! Last edited by Royale; 09-18-2009 at 05:40 AM. |

Congrats to Miami for beating GT! They sure improve so far from last few years, and their head coach is into his second year. hmm
Now another interesting yet not exciting college football games today... Florida State at #7 BYU (no TV nationally - shame!) Tennessee at #1 Florida (3:30p - CBS) Michigan State at Notre Dame (3:30p - NBC) #19 Nebraska vs #13 Virginia Tech (3:30p - ABC)* North Texas at #4 Alabama (3:30p - espn360.com) Texas Tech at #2 Texas (8p - ABC nationally) #18 Utah at Oregon (3:30p - ESPN) #17 Cincinnati at Oregon State (no TV nationally) #3 USC at Washington (3:30p - ABC)(West Coast only, I think)* Other games not exciting as those listed above... enjoy the College Game Day and good luck, fans!

GO UTAH JAZZ!!
|
This is depressing so far this afternoon! Utah is probably going to get beat in Oregon. Utah not being smart- very stupid play colling. I know its only halfttime (down 21-7), but its raining, its on the road, and Oregon playing better.
Bye Bye 16 wins in a row. Not like I expect them to be the team they were last year, they aren't even close to it. |

Yeaaa! USC ball-bustered to Washington, wooohoo!
I watched their last two minutes after Florida game and was glad to witness it... ain't it so amazing! They were 0-12 last year yet their rebuilding team defeat #3 USC. I couldn't recall any bigger upset in a long time. Their head coach and few asst coaches were USC coach staff last year so they knew them well to engineer the upset... what a great job! #7 BYU overwhelmed by FSU's speed and athletic. I think it was 52-27 score. Notre Dame finally beat Michigan State by 3 points... a great game yet I missed some of it but wish I did. Texas beat Texas Tech but it was quite close for the most time. So Texas and Florida both are the BCS front runners for now. Last edited by web730; 09-21-2009 at 03:05 PM. |

I wasn't that satisfied with my Florida beating Tennessee only by 10 pts.
After watching the last two minutes of USC-Wash game and behold, they upset USC that certainly made up for my day last Sat! very much and congrats to Washington Huskies!!

USC lost to un-ranked teams once every year in last five years yet they were ranked in the top ten each time making anyone to wonder as if they must be over-ranked every time then, uh. Though this time it is the biggest upset to the date.

It seems like it might repeat another 2007-crazy season... I hope my Florida holds by! eh lol
Gators have some sick players and play Ky wildcats on our first road game... it even rains (likely)... a tough one for us, I think but will take it as long we win. #9 Miami at #11 Virginia Tech is the biggest game while there are few good games aka Arkansas at #3 Alabama and ND vs Purdue. Will USC holds by playing against Wash. State? ha lol Enjoy the college football day later today! |
