True so! USC team did once successfully back in 2003 or 2004. USC, Ohio State, and few ones except Nebraska and Florida State have failed to stay top all the way and repeat (within last 20 years). FSU repeated all the way back in 1997 and 1998, and Nebraska won twice in 1994 and 1995 but shared a title in 1997.

Gator fans and I know that as a fact yet we have a real strong feeling that they could reveal this time. We are marked for sure.

We have a very powerful defense team that should take over the rest whether how well our offense performs. Defenses win championships.

Let's see if they do... no question, it's still a challenge for the Gators to fulfill.

Utes already won easily for me on thursday.

Sam Bradford for OK just injured shoulder in a close battle with BYU, we'll see if BYU knocks them off.

I watched some of the VOls game on TV today. Their offense is very similar to USC's where Kiffin used to be their offensive coordinator.

It is great to see BYU beat OU. The Sooenrs cannot use injuries of Sam Bradford and TE Jermaine Gresham as excuses fro their loss to the Cougars.

The Hokies-Crimson Tide has been so exciting so far.

Yeah and Al Davis is crying in his bucket for not giving Kiffin a chance to make the Oakland Raiders a better team if Lane had been allowed the time to develop the team into a championship caliber one a few years down the road.

Oakland's loss...our gain Bonus is we got Lane's daddy coaching the defense. That helped keep WKU down to only 100 yards total pass/rush and a TD.

Next up UT vs UCLA but the most important game Im looking forward is the Sept. 19th vs FLA Gators. However I'm hating the fact the game is gonna be at the SWAMP (Fla's stadium) instead of our home turf this year.

Nope, they were so unprepared with plenties, and sloppy game, BYU deserved to win so congrats to them and their fans

Wow!!!

Canes beat FSU 38-34!

The game was so exciting to the end when the Seminoles QB threw too short pass in the end zone at time expired.

I am very happy the way the Canes offense played tonight as their starting QB Jacoby Harris threw for 386 yards with two TDs and one TD rush.

Their defense especially passing coverage has some room to improve.

Yeah, FSU should have won if not for Ponder's last low passing! Not only that but they had five chances at the end zone. FSUckers!

Miami certainly escaped with a win... a good game to watch and it's the best game over the Labor Day weekend!

Congrats for BYU beating OU! Though it's too bad for Bradford injury.

BYU is ranked 9th in the AP Ranking.

Yeah that is too bad about Bradford. Even though I was rooting for BYU, nobody wants to see someone get hurt. BYU will surely get their test again in 2 weeks when they have to face Florida State.

I am suprised that Houston beat down Cowboys.
I am not suprised Notre Dame lost again. We'll have to see in the long run the implications this has. Who knows how good Michigan really is.

Notre Dame ran into a hot true freshman QB named Tate Forcier who showed a lot of poise and composure.

Yes it was a very spirited and exciting game!

Ohio State-USC game has been great and I think they have played equally well in first half.

USC won 18-15! It was a real outstanding game!

USC offensive line overwhelmed USC defensive line to death by moving ball to kill time in final part of 4th quarter.

Yep! We did

The games are not the same without Mark Sanchez. He's now, with the NY Jets into bigger and better things. I am proud of him

No. 14 Georgia Tech at No. 20 Miami Florida at 7:30 p.m on ESPN tonight!

The Canes defense must stop the Yellow Jackets' Triple Option offense in order to win the game. Their defensive coordinator and assistants have studied their offense to figure out and put wrinkles and strategy against them since last year.

GO CANES GO!
