Seeking comment on Running videos with Closed Captions

I'm making videos for a running coach where he shares advice about running. The videos are on YouTube.

I'm including closed captions with the videos, and I'm looking for comments. Am I doing a good job, what could be better, etc ...

A new video is posted every few weeks with tips on running. So far the topics are trail running, speed work, and cooling down.
