Pilates Anyone?

I just started Pilates and I have to admit i'm in alot of pain but that's a good sign does anyone else do Pilates and have you seen results yet?

It's a newer work out that is muscle control it's not fast movements it's slow control muscle movements and is an amazing new workout i did it once and i can feel every muscle in my body being worked i'm excited to keep doing it

Excersice should not be painful....the muscles may be alittle sore but become stronger as time goes by. It used to be that the more painful the excersice was the more stronger you got. Now people know if excersice is painful stop excersicing and rest.... see your doctor and do less excersices and build up your tolerance to excersice slowly so you do not shock your body.

heath I'm fine i'm not suprised i got this sore my abs had not been worked in a year because i've been so injured actually pilates is the only work out i can do because of my leg injury speaking of that i'm being sent to an orthapedic surgeon

I already do yoga lol I love pilates now i was in pain the first time the second time which was today it felt amazing my ab's felt so strong
