2012 USA NBA Finals: Heat vs Thunder

Who will win NBA championship finals?

You cheer LeBron-Wade-Bosh or Durant-Westbrook?

I would hope Thunders will win. Would it be funny if the Heat turned into Buffalo Bills of NBA? Remember when they lost 4 straight Super Bowls?

I want Thunder must beat Heat because my hometown s Cavs had lost LeBron James to transfer to Heat. I had heard him cry waa for needing champion ring.

I sho' remember it...saw Jim Kelly sittin signin autographs for fans in Canton and thought right away about 4 super bowl loss in a row. Will never happen again in any sports.

I dont think it's fair that three top five draft picks on same team...screw them. Durant needs to play smarter and twice he was in foul trouble early in game. Heat was 2-1 last yr and Mavs won next three games to be champs. If Heat wins next game, it's over. James plays much smarter now b/c he listens to Magic Johnson and I hate his guts for it. James just goes to the rim more than ever and get free throws. Bunch of shit. I was shocked Durant took the charge against James last game b/c no one else would do it. There is no answer for it.

It's 3-1.. Heat in the lead and looks bad for OkC.. They need to win 2 games in a row now...

LeBron did real bad tonight, but that 3 pter in Q4 broke the tie. Serious, OKC has terrible three point shooters.

Unlikely to happen b/c teams with 3-1 lead in Finals are 30-0

Too bad Harden is not playing well..it's hurtin the team badly and I dont understand why lbaka not playin much in 2nd half. I think OKC coach is chokin. I think Harden has more turnovers than 3point attempt made. Goodness! I was so afraid this was gonna happen. I wanted Spurs in Finals b/c they would beat Miami no problem and now OKC youth is really hurtin them. Thunder players want out of spotlight and you can see that and they tryin too damn hard...that is never good..smh. Shaq said only way Heat win the trophy is they dont face Spurs..shit! Thunder got really hot and now they is cold.. gawd dang it. Dirk Nowitzki's nba finals performance last yr is the best I've ever seen..yes, his performance better than Jordan's,Kobe and rest.

They need to win two games in a row to restore team morale, reduce loser's tension and get the Heat off their back.
To win, yes; they're gonna need three.

Really slim chance of happening but anything can happen...

@DeafTim: yeah, I saw that too. Harden made NOTHING in Q4 I think. He missed all his threes and nobody made a three at all for OKC in both Q3 and Q4 I believe?

Harden cant even make a lay-up. I dont remember any threes in 2nd half. Thunder is hurtin themselfs.. remember Heat had 9 turnovers in Q4 and still won..made me sick! I have screamed at Harden thru my tv.

Michael Jordan won his first champion when he was 28. LeBron is only 27 years old. He will win more champions, MVP awards, and NBA finals MVP. LeBron is not done yet. You LeBron hater need to respect him for what he went through and understand that he is the best NBA PLAYER!

I'm not LeBron hater because Cavs not my team. But I think LeBron have poor sportmanship. No NBA player ditch their home rookie team that way. No one talks big like LeBron (7 championships?? get out!)

Jordan comment last year about LeBron free agency to Miami with Bosh and Wade. I agree with Jordan.
Quote:
There's no way, with hindsight, I would've ever called up Larry (Bird), called up Magic (Johnson) and said, 'Hey, look, let's get together and play on one team,'" Jordan said. "But that's ... things are different. I can't say that's a bad thing. It's an opportunity these kids have today. In all honesty, I was trying to beat those guys."
Magic so-so, he agreed with Jordan but I saw his comments last night on LeBron.

I love it..git dis, I didnt watch one shot in last night's game. I watched Swamp People and Mountain Men shows. LeBum, go put on a skirt.. not impressive he won a title with two other players in top five picks in same draft..(all three came from same draft) D-Wade whined that he wanted to play with LeBum and vowed he'd never leave Miami. Im very proud to call Miami biggest fake champion team, ever!

LeBum cares about his reputation more than anything and most of us see that. Too bad that wrong fans are celebrating his first title. I find it rather sad. Im glad the series is over b/c Im sick of watching him runnin to the rim most of time.

LeBron = Homecoming Queen and Miami fans are wannabes!

Says Charles Barkley:

Quote:
"If you're successful, a lot of people aren't going to like you. That's just the way it is. I always used to use this analogy: Everybody hates the homecoming queen because she's pretty. All the ugly girls hate the homecoming queen. And all the dumb kids hate the smart kids. That's just the way it is. LeBron James, first of all he has to take some responsibility (for) the way he did the stuff last year leaving Cleveland, The Decision, coming on stage talking about not five, not six, seven championships. So he deserves some blame, but like I say, he's a great kid, he's a great, great player. … If you look at his résumé right now, the only thing he's missing is a championship, and he's gonna get that done. And no telling how many championships they're going to win. … I wish he had stayed in Cleveland, because those fans in Cleveland, man, they're fantastic. They don't even have real fans here in Miami, they're front-runners."
Charles Barkley compares LeBron James to 'homecoming queen'

I'm not exactly a fan of Heat or LeBron. I'm not going to defend LeBron, but look at this.

Remember that LeBron, Wade, and Bosh all signed for less than maximum salary so that they would all be together and win championship. See Bulls would've gotten LeBron and maybe Wade too, but they failed. Miami got them. Miami did a better job than Bulls.

Also, remember when LeBron signed with Miami? If you were 25 years old and had opportunity to make millions of dollars, where would you go? Cleveland? Miami? Chicago? Somewhere else? Why would someone want to work in Cleveland when they would work in Miami?

Miami did it right. Reel in star players, then have others who would probably maybe $3 million somewhere else sign with Miami for $1 million for chance to win championship.

Life is unfair. I don't care about Miami, but they didn't break any free agency rules or salary cap rules. They planned and recruited better than anyone.
