Orangutan Likes Patriots In Super Bowl
Wait and see who wins the game on Sunday! That's so cute that she picked Patriots.
![]() Orangutan Likes Patriots In Super Bowl - Louisville News Story - WLKY Louisville LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Another football expert has weighed in on the upcoming Super Bowl. Amber, the Louisville Zoo’s 20-year-old orangutan, predicts the New England Patriots will prevail against the New York Giants this Sunday. Amber was given a choice between Patriots and Giants t-shirts. She first grabbed the Giants shirt, but then grabbed the Patriots shirt. After going back and forth between the two, she finally chose the Pats shirt and put it on. sponsor The t-shirt prediction was part of Amber’s animal enrichment program. “Animal enrichment is an important aspect of animal management at the Louisville Zoo,” said Animal Training Supervisor Jane Anne Franklin. “Amber and other animals at the zoo are given regular enrichment that provides them with mental and physical stimulation.” Franklin said playing with T-shirts and other items of clothing is one of Amber’s favorite activities. “When she is given a shirt, she often likes to take it and rub it across her face and feel the texture before she puts it on. Oh, and she really likes handbags,” she laughed. “If she had to choose between two handbags that might have been hard for her, because I bet she would have carried both of them around and not let them out of her sight.” Franklin said that Amber might make more predictions in the future. “It’s just something fun for her,” Franklin said. “And she enjoys all the attention.”

HMM less than 72 hours remain till the XLII Super Bowl is on... I would think both the Patriots and the Giants are all ready to go at it but have to wait till that time is coming... should be an excellent game...

I am first in the line in our time differences, hahaha...sorry Northstar, I will stop...
I have been watching NFL network all week this week. I was watching Eagles and Patriots Superbowl 2005 on NFL network last night. It was a great game. I was laughing at Brady when he kept begging the guy "please touchdown", hahaha...they did, whew oh yeah. Couldn't believe how fast Brady had improved all these years... I also saw 2002 Superbowl on Tuesday night, I think...Brady was sooooooo young!!!! Wow, time do flies...Don't you love the Patriots's red jersey in the early days. We will order it with Bruschi #54 Mmmmm, would that be neat to wear it next year Sorry guys, never get enough of these jersey since I wear all the time...Ocean and I do have our plans for the next season

Ladies and gentlemen, here are your Super Bowl XLII (42) champions, the New York Giants having defeated the New England Patriots by a score of 17 - 14!! This would be NYG's 4th Super Bowl title!! oh wow...... the Giants have done what no other NFL team has ever done this season, win a game vs the previously unbeaten Patriots and ruining the chance for the Patriots to truly go 19-0 and be along with the 1972 Miami Dolphins as the only NFL clubs to go thru both the regular season and playoffs undefeated!!! Holy smokes!!!!!
What a defense-stiffened game this has gone on.... New England had led NY Giants 7-3 thru 3 quarters!!! wow low scoring game as I though it would be a massive shootout... but whoa wow good defenses so far by both teams... Brady was sacked good enough and fumbled the ball.. ouch that had to hurt for sure... the Giants finally took the lead 10-7 in the 4th quarter...some misfires by both qbs for New England and NY Giants.. wow.... so far the defenses seems to be most continuing on stiffing the other offenses really good...... New England had tried a few times to go ahead but had to punt as a result of that imcompletions in the few drives.... then New England had gone ahead 14-10... the Giants had managed to toss the next TD that would give them the lead at 17-14 and hang on for the big win.....New England had tried to get either a tying field goal to force overtime (never been done in Super Bowl game history!!) or win with the game-ending touchdown...... |

The Giants defense ruled the game--then Manning shined when he needed to! My hat's off to the NE Patriots for an outstanding season, winning 18 straight. But the 'Big One' they couldn't take--
Yahoooo!! NY GIANTS--Super Bowl Champs!!! The game started out like it might be a high scoring one, all along, I had a hunch the defense (for both teams) will make a big difference which it did for the next two quarters--the 4th quarter was a great one--Great game!! :dancing on clouds: ~RR |

That was one AWESOME play that Manning made at the end of the game getting out of a huddle like that and to make a beautiful pass!
