The site looks nice, but it seems you might be using CSS to overlap some things that block other parts in some ways.

Also, the bottom bar is barely readable.

Other than that, it looks good.

Just think CRAP. (Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, & Proximity)

really, which parts are overlapping? I tested the website in five different browsers, and all work fine. Which browser and version are you using?

Near the bottom, there's a link for downloading a PDF file. It overlaps the last paragraph.

I checked with my browsers, and it still looks fine. I added a line of code, so hopefully it works now. I improved the contrast for the contact bar at the bottom. Thank you for that suggestion
