Requesting critique on site design, not subject material

Yeah, I play Pokemon and am proud of it. If you are the type of person who thinks Pokemon is 'lame', then you've just been brainwashed by the marketing, etc.

They market the TV shows, movies, gear, whatever to the little kids but the games are actually pretty involved and complex - particularly the battle system. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it. I am 2 for 2 in getting my friends to try Pokemon and they loved it.

Anyway, I'd appreciate feedback on my design and coding. I'm trying to start up a web design company so I need all the input that I can get to improve my skills.

PokeRealm.net - Competitive Online Pokemon Community

Coded in HTML/CSS (no WYSIWYG editors), uses Javascript for theme switcher and I wrote that vBulletin sidebar integration myself - which requires an iframe to use due to PHP call conflicts in my CMS (Content Management System, I needed some way to allow my staff to edit the site) but I can live with that.

Suggestions, comments, feedback and constructive criticism greatly appreciated.
