How to post ads/news on DEAF TIMES.COM

I dunno if this is the right place to post, but....

HOW IN THE WORLD do I post my ads or news on deaftimes.com???

I have already contacted the rightful person to set up everything, but he only gave me one instruction, which it wasnt helpful....

Im hoping if someone is ALREADY experienced with posting on there, then please do contact me on how to do it.

If you email them and you get no response, youre probably blacklisted. I'm happy theres many choices of sites for deaf news. And besides 90% of the deafs that go there probably cant read so It's not really worth buying ads.
