Would any one be interested in video chatting on aim or facebook sometime? I'm not an ASL student really...I'm trying to learn on my own (my partner is deaf). I sign to him (really basic, I don't know a lot of nouns and the verbs I know are all very common) but he mostly speaks to me, so I suck at reading signs

I need practice!

Hi. I am new to ASL and am starting to experience late onset deafness. I am learning on my own right now, but it is very important to me that I can keep studying and become as fluent as possible.

The best thing would probably be someone who is just starting out too. Otherwise, I think people would get frustrated to easily (my skill level is very basic.) Is there anyone who would be willing to video chat and practice?

If so, my skype name and aim name are both righthandholmes .

Okay, PatsCats, no worries... I think it may have worked, because I can see your name now instead of just your screen name (kamama62,) so hopefully it will work. But just to clarify, the name to add (in the field where is says Skype Name,) is righthandholmes and that's without any punctuation or capitals. Does that help?
