how to sign "helpless"

Hello all,

What would be the best way to sign "helpless"? This example is from a song:

"...to help the helpless".

Just wanting to know for my general knowledge,

Shane

Helpless= The "V" right hand, fingertips down on outstreched flat left hand, and the "V" collapses like weak legs mayber a couple of times.

Is this sign showing physical helpless?

Would signing no+help work for helpless?

i think that's like our version of WEAK except it's with the 4 fingers flexing back and forth on the open palm

Would it not be HELP-NONE in ASL? I agree with the WEAK sign though, or HELP-NONE. Really, that phrase doesn't give enough context to fully understand the concept.
