Besides using for cooking, who uses herbs and spices* for tea drinking, healing remedies, improving immune system, aromatherapy and dieting?

Please explain in good detail what you do and why! Thanks!

*also includes oils and extracts.

Start like Barley Green as herb. Not trust Centium and any vitamin supplement from the store. That cause me gain weight. Barley Green is oldest herb for people need use it as herb for daily. That's was before vitamins supplement invented.

Myself as cinnamon freak. Love to use it for french toast, etc...

Celtic Sea Salt is having plenty of minerals, vitamins, etc.. Much better than regular salt and idoine.

Prefer Oliver Oil. More healthy than vegetable oil and others.

I love herbs and olive oil. I would like to plant herbs when I have my own house someday. They are much cheaper than regular stuff. :)

When I was growing up, if I had an uneasy stomach like nausea, I would sip a spoon of olive oil. It helps a lot to ease the nausea down.

Olive oil is also nice to put on your hands, making it moisture, but of course, it's very greasy to keep on your hand though. I would rather use creme (nivea).

My mum grows tons of lavenders, and I would sometimes cut it and take the purple flowers off the stems. I would then crush them a little and put in a jar or container close to my bed. Sometimes smelling lavender can relax me to sleep.

I absolutely love rosemary. I used to have a huge rosemary plant in my old apartment in Flemington. I would use it for cooking, and also use rosemary for aroma into the room, especially around Christmas time. Rosemary has a wonderful aroma.

I hope to start growing some herbs this spring, like basil, mint, parsley, etc... I use herbs mostly for cooking though. Sometimes I like to buy some glass bottles from craft store, and put oil in it. I then put some things in it like garlic or chilli peppers, or whatever, to leave it in for it to diffuse the flavour into the oil. It's nice to cook with diffused oils.
