This is not a violation if privacy. If they targeted only him and snooped in his computer without reason, then yes. However, they already tracked the child porn being downloaded to his computer... therefore, they have a right to check his computer and arrest him. You're making it sound like you support this child porn guy.
 
When it comes to child porn, no one has any legal rights period. Thank God that this scoutmaster got caught. He works with kids!!! God forbid if he molested any of these innocent ones.

These people who are addicted to child porn are sick, disgusting inhumans period!

Im Not Defending him. The consitution applies and protects everyone. Even criminals. What do you think the 5th admendment is all about?
 
If anybody harms a child in any form. I don't want them to see mercy. As I have said many times before. If someone hurts a child. Their genitals should be ripped off just before they're shout in the head.

Almost sinned,,But our consitution grants us freedoms and it must be applied. Everyone has freedoms.Now that scoutmaster only looked at childporn. He didnt rape a child did he? Is looking at sex acts a crime by just just looking at them?? Porn is like looking at art. That is only way to take the pictures of these child porns. Know Looking at children naked is a crime. So that means why cant i call the police because my doctor looked me naked when i was 12. So he should go to jail right? Well thats what yourn saying looking childrens naked bodies is a crime so why cant doctors be prositcuted too huh? Its the samething!

Doctor is trained/certificated profession. It appears that you forget that your parents gave them the permission to examine you when you are half/full naked (that's one of reasons why parents are required to sign the papers before doctors can examine any patients).

According to this rules of Pediatricians, pediatricians are not permitted to examine you alone in the examination room. There must be more than one adult in examination room so that's way no one can be misunderstanding or misinterpreting what doctors (Pediatrician) are trying to do.

You (or parents) have the choices... that's major difference between child porn and medical examine. In child porn industry, 99.99999999% of children are forced, not given the choices, to perform the illegal sexual activities. You were in examination room only because your parents signed and permitted them to examine you.

Is that clear enough for you?

Professional/medical people and scoutmasters are two opposite end of spectrum when it comes to child porn. I shrudder to see child porn everywhere. Porn is fine as long as they are of legal age.
