Microsoft introduces Windows 10

I installed the preview on a test workstation at work. Even though it's still really fresh, I like it. Being able to remove the live tiles from the start menu gives it a more 7-ish appearance. We're going to skip deploying 8/8.1 on our network and wait for 10 to be available commercially.

I hope the release of the next Windows Server OS follows the appearance guidelines of Windows 10. RDP to server 2012 with the 8/8.1 Start Screen isn't the greatest thing I've done.

I had heard that Windows 10 is so much better than 8. I hope Microsoft has learned that their bread and butter lies with enterprise and that's who they need to cater to.

Here I was waiting all this time for Windows 9 and they just ditched it and moved on to Windows 10...do these people even have a game plan or are they just making this up as they go?
