Joan River under anesthesia and DR take selfie with her.

WHY this clinic not got facilities to deal with her...anywhere that use anesthetics must have the means to resus before moving her on

I have no idea what it going on but it looks like Joan River family could file a lawsuit against doctors involved with this . I agree there should had been someone to resus her , she was under anesthesia and there is always a risk of a person to stop breathing etc. This is the first thing that came to my mind when I heard the story .
