Pumpkin cake

Pumpkin cake

1kg Pumpkin
3 eggs
160g sugar
70g flour
grated lemon
salt
200g Double cream fresh cheese
ready dough
50g marzipan
(food color green dyed)

Cut pumpkin into pieces, then boil for 20 minutes in water.
Preheat the baking-tin on 200oC .
Leave pumpkin cool and add the eggs, sugar & flour & beat until they are smoothly. Add grated lemon, salt & double cream cheese then beat again until they are smoothly.
To roll the dough & on greased cake bin or flan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Leave pumpkin cake cool then decorate with the marzipan.

Green Spider

Green Spider

Green marzipan (food color green dyed)
Black Lakritz snails

Roll marzipan in balls.
Cut black Lakritz snails in 3 cm long pieces and add it as spider legs into marzipan balls. For black eyes, you can add any black candies to press.

Skeleton cake

Skeleton cake

230g Plain chocolate (bitter chocolate)
200g butter
4 eggs
150g sugar
80g flour
150g marzipan
cocoa powder

Chop & melt the chocolate & butter.
Beat the eggs with sugar then add flour then chocolate & butter until they are smooth.
Grease a rectangular cake pan with butter & sprinkle with flour then add chocolate mixture & bake for 30 minutes.
After the cake is cool down then sprinkle with cocoa powder on the cake.
Decorate with marzipan to form the skeleton.

***You can use any mixtures if you don´t like chocolate mixture recipe.

Sweet Spider

Heavy cream (Doubled cream = whipped cream)
250g plain chocolate (bitter chocolate)
50g butter
1 packet of chocolate streusel
Colaschnuere
Any sweet for eyes. (small ball or sweet pearl)

Boil cream then add chopped chocolate in the saucepan. Stir them with wood spoon until chocolate melted.
Leave chocolate sauce cool, then mix with cubes cut butter.
Put the chocolate mixture into the refrigerator & leave for 24 hours, then 2 teaspoon of chocolate mixture to roll in the chocolate streusel.
Cut 6 equal large pieces colaschnuere & put 3 on each side as spider legs into the chocolate balls.
For eyes, press small sweet in each spider body.

I'm pretty silly about this...

I usually buy a roll of sugar cookies, tubes of orange and black frosting, and sprinkles in Halloween shapes...bake the cookies, decorate them as jack-o-laterns, sprinkle the black cats (which I usually buy) and then eat them all!

OOPs...told my secret!
 
Carmel Apples with nuts....

6- red apples
1- bag of carmel candies
1- bag of nuts
6- sticks

Put the stick under each apple, melt the carmel candy, dip the apple in the carmel , add nuts to it....

Every Halloween, my children and I make those carmel apples since they love helping in the kitchen.... :D

It's a fun family thing!
 
Halloween Rocky Road Brownies

1 pkg. (19.5 to 21 oz.) fudge brownie mix without morsels or swirls (13 x 9-inch size)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 3/4 cups (10-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Halloween Shapes and Morsels
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

PREPARE brownie mix with eggs, oil and water according to package directions. Spread into prepared baking pan.

BAKE according to package directions; do not overbake. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows, Shapes & Morsels and nuts over brownie while still hot out of oven. Press down lightly. Return to oven for 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows just begin to melt. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares using a knife dipped in hot water.
