What's the best way to get instant speech to text on conference calls?

I use ClearCaptions for 1 on 1 calls, but the company I work for needs me to join in on the group/team conference calls somehow. I dont think ClearCaptions works for conference calls (which I think requires dialing specific numbers to get into the call), so I need an alternative if possible.


They use ShoreTel phones so they don't have a direct replacement with these phones, but mentioned some kind of TTY attachment, but didn't go into detail. I was going to consider using their ShoreTel phone and hold it near my mobile phone or computer with volume up loud and then use a speech to text program, but this seems like a hassle for daily conference calls.


Any ideas on devices or services to use?
