I am still trying to improve my sketchs, This is my basic 5 minutes sketchs of animals in cartoonish forms. If you have any good website showing how to do shading work, 3D and etc please link me to it!!! I'd greatly appreciate it!

These are cute! I bet you could find some cool tutorials on YouTube. Too bad hardly anything on there is captioned.

I asked for Links, Not opinions on how it should be better done. While i understand what you are trying to do, Grummer. I want people to realize that art is art, the beauty of it is creavity and being different. It is not about perfection. It is also in a cartoonish form, so some of the details may be more exaggerated.
That's my view on it. I am not trying to be mean. Thank you. :)

anime art?
i did wondered that, ok ahh shit, i didnt read you properly sowwy...

totally get it, that art is art...i was an art student too (art history but thats another entire thing) have a mate who digs gothic arts and i like it too just i havent got around to get one, but i am considering to get a sculpture (of a bat/goat) for the front door like this because i have 4 plants, one is nearly dead as dogs runs too close and stumbles it, so thinking if i can score a similar sculpture and put it there (pull out that one sick plant) and use it as a 'front door gnome' lol

if you have ipad 3, you should draw on it in fantastic, colorful ways, for example;

Practice Makes Perfect

Click on images to see them in full size. You can probably replace the tag "shading" with any artistic technique and you'll get a bunch of tutorials like these. There are sections on comics and manga as well.

It's also a good resource if you ever decide to take up realism. :)

Thank you guys, I truly appreciate it!

Grummer, ill even pay you good to make some sculptures for me. I have been looking for Darth Vader and the death star forever. I mean come on that should have been invented already! Haha. My lawn is looking pretty empty. =(

Here are some that I found:

This one is practicing drawing different shapes and characters:
Drawing Lessons

A video on shading with pencils:

More shading, as well as lots of different kinds of drawing lessons (mainly cartoons and anime):
Pencil Shading & Blending Drawing Lessons & Techniques : How to Draw with Graphite Pencils & Shading Tutorials for Cartoons & Comics & Illustrations

I'll post more if I find some!

Try deviantart.com and use the art as references. studying the work of others can help and there are tutorials. Good luck
