Microsoft has shared with HLAA some exciting news! Microsoft has a new service for customers using American Sign Language (ASL) to answer technical support questions via VideoPhone at 503-427-1234 from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST.
Microsoft added, "We could not have done this without the help and guidance we received from the ASL community! We look forward to learning from your experience so we can make this the best service for all of our customers who are deaf or hard of hearing. We appreciate it if you could spend a few minutes to check out the service and share the details with co-workers, friends or family. If you have any questions or feedback, please send us an email at aslms@microsoft.com. We look forward to hearing from you!"
