Our summer state fair has this. I'll get my phone and post pics. It is good!
 
I would try it. I made chocolate covered bacon before, and it was pretty good.

Bacon is different here than England. What you call bacon, we call ham.

Bacon is like crisp salt here, so chocolate covered bacon is more like a chocolate covered pretzel.
