Fairhousing Rules for Renting

I called Fair Housing and was told houses build before 1991 did not have to fire alarms , but if a person need reasonable accommodation they can ask their landlord to put in the visual alarm. If the landlord refuse they should call Fair Housing and see if they can help. A building electric wiring may not be able to suitable for the visual alarm and the land will not have to put the alarm in , Some newer building will have visual alarms in the common area and a tenant can took up their visual alarm off of the that alarm . I told the woman about Mark
b/c I wanted her that this was not some John Doe that dies in the fire , he had a name , he loved he taking photos and posting happy stories about animals. I told the woman by allowing landlords not needing to put in visual alarms that is NOT is Fair in Housing.

You've gotten obsessed with this.

We all know how Mark died and there's plenty of threads and posts on this. Many of us (including myself) have also posted on his memorial page on the funeral home page.
