Hey Y'all, I'm not deaf, but somewhat hearing impaired. I have PTSD from the service, and am having trouble sleeping, both from the PTSD and the aiding meds. I wake earlier than my wife, and would like to use a vibrating watch, or wrist device, so as not to wake her. I bought a Timex Expedition watch on the advice of some folks, but it doesn't vibrate enough to wake me. Does anyone have a recommendation for a regular watch, or a special purpose wrist device, that'll vibrate more heavily than normal stuff?
