Naida V sp --- vented earmolds ?

I have been wearing naida V sp hearing aids since one month. My ear molds have tiny vents. My loss is around 80-90 decibels.

What are advantages or disadvantages of vented earmolds?

More feedback problems ?

Would I get more benefit from naida V sps if I wear earmolds without vents?

Personally I hate molds without vents but that is a personal choice and yes you lose sound through those holes.
