Nah...just a slang that mainly teenagers call each other..."Swag, Swag"...

I have no idea. It depends on where it's used and who using it. Here, it means cheap, inexpensive stuff, like a water bottle, key chains, name brand stickers, etc., used in the context of a vendor presentation to sales people needing to be familiar with the products they sell.
