Have you ever try Raw Food ?

I thought they looked so Gross
when my friends invited me over to eat their Raw Food
they told me that after they practice raw food they NO longer
desire eating meat anymore They even made a bet with me
that I would No longer desire meat after staying with them
for one FULL week eating raw food
I told them Hahaha I strongly doubt (shaking my head no no !!)
because my family grew up eat meat
(almost never seafood until much later)

Good enough I stayed with them for one week and
tried to eat their Raw Food without any meat or soda/junk food
Guess what ? They're so delicious healthy and
I did NOT desire any meat for the first time !!!
I even lost some weight... and
my stomach finally became almost flat !

Raw Food gave me lots of energy so much
better than caffeine I was so surprised that
I was able to stay awake full alert until 2 or 3 am
because of raw food !!!

Unfortunately I stopped raw food now and gained some lbs back
It's so difficult to find locals group near my home to
share Raw Food.. And, it also took lots of time
to slice cut up carrots and other vegetables sigh...
Extra lot of mess and lots of clean up to do afterward.

organic ? I think so but I am NOT even sure what
does organic mean it looks like all raw food are
organic, but i still do NOT understand what does
that word organic actually mean ? i assume probably
anything that grow from the farm/ground
without any chemicals, I think

But sometimes i think it seem almost impossible
without any chemicals 100% chemical free ugh...

There's no way I'm eating raw food :nono:

haha... I understood what you're thinking about...
I'm NOT referring to eat raw fish nor raw meat EEK !!
That's exactly what I thought before when
my deaf friends told me about raw food it's the
most mis-understood type of Health Food !

I am talking about vegetables clean vegetables
and cut them up and pour Bragg's Liquid Aminios
which brings new taste delights to salads, dressings,
soups, veggies, rice/beans, stir frys etc

Any Health Food nuts/freaks would already know
what it is. Bragg is based in California including liquid aminos
and apple vinegars

Hmm, what kind of raw food? Cos I can eat sushi.

Sorry, I do NOT like to eat sushi not even any caviar neither....

Yep, I am usin' Extra Olive Oil ( kinda of expensive one ) along with Balsamic Vinegar ( made in Italy ). I don't use Crisco, or Wesson ( what ever that is ), or other brand names that are not good for the heart. Peanut Oil is good, too.

I don't eat raw food, but I do eat organic foods. No herbicide, pesticide, or insectide or DDT or any kind of chemicals. Those chemicals are bad for health.

Wow, that's great. I do like to eating Sushi which it's raw too but I would try to eat some of raw food... I'm glad that you like Raw Food, congrats ;)

Ohhhhh you got me on that LOL.
Now I understand what you are saying :thumb:

Of course, I tasted raw white and red onions, leek, carrots and tomatoes mmmhhhh....

I LOVE to have cheese and raw onion sandwiches mmmmhhhh

I LOVE to have leek in the salads... mmmmhhhh, also carrot as well.

Yea ... I cooked my side dish (eg. onion and green peppers) with olive oil then took onion and green pepper out. Then pour the olive oil into dog food and stir it. My dogs love it. It's very good for dogs' skin as well too.
