Hello everybody,

I'm using the NexTalk Internet TTY, it's totally FREE of charge, TTY to TTY or TTY to IP Relay anywhere in the USA!

I did called my friend in Washington State, it's work prefectly, I left the message on his TTY. My friend told me his caller id box shows "unavailable" which is I called thru Internet TTY.

You can go check it out at:
http://www.nextalk.net

System Reqs:
Windows 95 and higher

Mac OS not supported on the NexTalk Internet TTY software.

Okay, i wonder why is this relay.att.com
better than ip-relay ???

i think i agree with you that relay.att.com is better
than ip-relay... because ip-relay tend to shut down sometimes
without my permission in the middle of conversations...

i like to hear your comments for comparisons....

:ugh2: it work 4meh..

I have tried IP-Relay NexTalk several times, but still dislike it so much. I have been using AT&T ( http://relay.att.com ) and ( http://www.RelayCall.com ) until about two weeks ago. I have found one to top of all on-line relay services (AT&T, MCI-WorldCom and Sprint), it is Hamilton Relay, it is like you are in a IRC-based chatroom. Give it a try.... http://HipRelay.com or http://IPTRS.com .

Hmm... I must have overlooked DBPowerWCRulez's post. I wasn't aware that there is on-line service where a TTY/TDD user can contact another TTY/TDD user. I've tried NeXTalk.net, by using the computer and TTY machine at the same time. It is really cool - better than having to use a TTY machine. I was aware that NeXTalk had some sort of voice calls for hearing people to leave messages. I had that service when it first was released but rarely used it.

Those who have not tried NeXTalk.net should give it a try. It is much better than having a bulky TTY machine in your way. :)

NeXTalk.net is fucking cool. you can call anywhere for tty to tty at no cost... No hidden, no bullshit... but for Relay service, in my opinion, IP-relay.com is much better, easy to use but no tty to tty calls :(

beside, using a nextalk.net, someone can call me on tty to tty on my pc... its much better...
